Prevention and longevity: future-proofing your health
Prevention is no longer passive. This guide covers five therapies Biowell uses as part of a personalised approach to healthy ageing: HBOT, NAD+ IV, cryotherapy, red light and IHHT. It explains what each involves and how it may support energy, recovery and resilience over time.

Biowell's personalised longevity treatments are designed to support your health and wellbeing — helping to support cellular repair, energy, and resilience as part of a healthy lifestyle.
Prevention isn't passive anymore. It's proactive, data-driven, and personal. At Biowell, we help you support your biology through targeted wellness therapies — combining advanced technology with expert-led care as part of a broader approach to healthy ageing.
Here's how our core therapies may support you, decade after decade.
1. Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)
Pure oxygen, delivered in a pressurised chamber, is thought to support the body at a cellular level.
May help support cellular repair and mitochondrial function May help reduce feelings of inflammation May support cognitive clarity
2. NAD+ IV Therapy
NAD+ is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy, DNA repair, and gene expression, and levels are understood to decline with age. IV therapy is intended to help replenish NAD+ levels.
May help support cellular energy pathways May help support healthy ageing and brain function May help support energy, mood, and stress resilience
3. Cryotherapy
Short bursts of cold exposure are associated with a natural inflammatory response in the body.
May help reduce feelings of inflammation May help support circulation May help support natural endorphin release and comfort
4. Red Light Therapy
Red and near-infrared light wavelengths are thought to reach deeper tissue layers and may support natural cellular processes.
May help support cellular regeneration May help support skin appearance, joint comfort and brain function May help support the skin's natural signs of ageing
5. Intermittent Hypoxic-Hyperoxic Training (IHHT)
IHHT involves alternating between lower and higher oxygen exposure, similar to high-altitude conditioning.
May help support cardiovascular health May help support mitochondrial function May help support metabolic flexibility and endurance

The therapies behind it
What is mentioned above, and what it actually involves.

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy
Breathing oxygen at increased pressure in a comfortable chamber, to support recovery, repair and cognitive clarity. Sessions are quiet, still and surprisingly restful.

Cryotherapy
Three minutes of extreme dry cold to support recovery, reduce soreness and leave you noticeably alert.

Intermittent Hypoxia Hyperoxia Therapy
Alternating low- and high-oxygen air through a mask, used to train the body's response at a cellular level. You sit still and breathe.

Red Light Therapy
Low-level red and near-infrared light, explored for skin, recovery and sleep. A passive session you can fit into a lunch break.

Compression Therapy
Sequential pneumatic compression to support circulation and reduce swelling. Sit back for half an hour and let it work.

IV Infusion Drips
Vitamins and minerals delivered directly into the bloodstream, prescribed to your needs rather than chosen from a menu.
